An industrial chocolate ball mill is a continuous fine grinding equipment. Through the impact, shearing, and friction of numerous stainless steel (or ceramic) balls within a rotating cylinder, it grinds a mixture of cocoa liquor, powdered sugar, and cocoa butter into a fine chocolate slurry with an average particle size of 20–25 µm. Simultaneously, it completes mixing, homogenization, degassing, and viscosity adjustment.
